Julian’s career as a camp turn began over 35 years ago. He began working on the cabaret circuit in the early 80s as The Joan Collins Fan Club. Following an appearance on Saturday Night Live, Channel 4 offered him his own show, Sticky Moments. More TV followed, including Terry and Julian, All Rise for Julian Clary, Prickly Heat, It’s Only TV But I Like It, Strictly Come Dancing, Have I Got News For You, Who Do You Think You Are?, QI, Celebrity Big Brother, Your Face Sounds Familiar, Piers Morgan’s Life Stories, Give a Pet a Home, Nature Nuts and Passions. Theatre includes: Leigh Bowery in Boy George’s Taboo (West End and UK tour), the Emcee in Rufus Norris’s Olivier Award-winning production of Kander and Ebb’s Cabaret (West End), Le Grand Mort (Trafalgar Studios) and Norman in a National tour of The Dresser. Julian has also appeared in the London Palladium panto for the last seven years. Julian is a regular panellist on Radio 4’s Just a Minute. His writing includes his memoir A Young Man’s Passage, several adult novels and his on-going series for children, The Bolds. His latest memoir, The Lick of Love, was published in October 2021. In March 2022 Julian completed a sell-out 80-date national tour of his latest one-man show, Born to Mince.

One of Britain’s leading actors, Adjoa Andoh won global acclaim as Lady Danbury in the Netflix smash Bridgerton – a role that has seen her nominated twice for Outstanding Supporting Actress at the NAACP Image Awards. On the small screen in 2020, she was spellbinding as Dr Isaacs in the psychological thriller Fractured, as well playing tough cop DI Nina Rosen in BBC1’s Silent Witness. The end of 2021 saw her star as Nenneke in the Netflix blockbuster fantasy drama, The Witcher. Many other television appearances include regulars in Dr Who, Casualty and Law & Order UK. And 2023 is set to be an exciting year as she makes her prequel debut as Lady Danbury in the upcoming Netflix/Shondaland collaboration Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story, as well as both directing and starring in a new theatre production of William Shakespeare’s Richard lll, in the Spring. A renowned stage actor, Adjoa has been celebrated for lead roles at the National Theatre, including Condoleezza Rice in Stuff Happens, and Serafina Pekkala in His Dark Materials. Also, the Royal Shakespeare Company where she played Portia in Julius Caesar, (which transferred to the West End and played New York and Moscow), Ulysses in Troilus & Cressida, and Helen of Troy in The Odyssey. And in 2019 she conceived, co-directed, and played Richard II at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in the UK’s first all women-of-colour production. Adjoa made her Hollywood debut in 2009, starring alongside Morgan Freeman and Matt Damon in Clint Eastwood’s biographical sports film Invictus. Other film appearances include Adulthood, Brotherhood, and I Is A Long Memoried Woman. She’s also been a BBC radio actor for 30 years and is an award-winning narrator of over 150 audiobooks. Adjoa Andoh is an Associate Artist at the Royal Shakespeare Company and Senior Associate Artist at The Bush Theatre. She is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature, British Shakespeare Association, Rose Bruford College, Arts University Bournemouth and the Shakespeare Association of America. She was appointed as the Cameron Mackintosh Visiting Professor of Contemporary Theatre (University of Oxford) for 2022/23, and has recently been announced as a judge for the Booker Prize, 2023. Craig Ferguson is a Scottish born American naturalised comedian, actor, writer, and television host. He is perhaps best known for hosting the CBS late-night talk show The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson from 2005-2014, for which he won a Peabody Award in 2009 for his interview with South African archbishop Desmond Tutu. His previous acting credits include the role of Matthew Stewart, in the film Saving Grace for which he also co-produced and co-wrote the screenplay, and he is also the voice of Gobber in the first, second and third films of How To Train Your Dragon (Dreamworks). Ferguson has recently returned from his smash-hit stand-up comedy tour The Fancy Rascal Tour which played across the USA and Canada in 2022/2023.

Lee Mack is one of the UK’s most recognisable and celebrated comics. His relentless determination to have fun is marvellously infectious, while his energy, finely crafted one-liners, and quick ad-libs have made Lee a firm favourite in households across the country. Lee exhibited all of this in June 2022 while hosting the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Party at the Palace to over 13 million viewers, as well as hosting the 2022 Royal Variety Performance at the Royal Albert Hall which he first performed stand-up at back in 2010. Lee first came to prominence winning So You Think You’re Funny at the 1995 Edinburgh Festival Fringe.  Five years later, he was nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award (Perrier) for his sketch comedy show, which also included comic actress Catherine Tate. Since then he has performed multiple, hugely successful stand-up tours across the country and in more recent years has been selling out some of the UK’s biggest theatres with long-time collaborators David Mitchell and Rob Brydon. Since 2006 Lee has been starring, writing and Exec Producing the BBC’s multi-award-winning and critically acclaimed sitcom Not Going Out. Now the longest-running sitcom on air in the UK the show is set to reach its 100th episode in the upcoming series.  As the quick-witted team captain on Would I Lie To You, alongside Rob Brydon and David Mitchell, 2020 saw Lee’s performance on this show win him a BAFTA for Best Entertainment Performance. As an actor Lee has appeared in Dr Who, Murder They Hope, Horrible Histories: The Movie – Rotten Romans, and Semi-Detached. In 2018 he made his West End stage debut starring in Molière’s The Miser. As a host Lee is also known for ITV’s hugely successful new Saturday night game show The 1% Club, which was immediately recommissioned and won a Broadcast Award in 2023. Lee has also become an integral supporter, and sometime soccer player, for UNICEF’s Soccer Aid charity, which, somewhat incredibly, saw him scoring the winning goals for the World XI team the last two years in a row.

English stage and screen actor, Stephen Mangan, made his breakthrough television performance as ‘Adrian Mole’ in the BBC TV show series Adrian Mole: The Cappuccino Years (2001). This was closely followed by his appearance in Sword of Honour (2001), alongside Daniel Craig, and as Dan Moody in the I’m Alan Partridge (2002) episode “Bravealan” that has since become an iconic comic moment. He is arguably best known for his role as ‘Guy Secretan’ in the BAFTA-winning British sitcom Green Wing (2004-2006). In 2008, he starred as ‘Keith’ in sitcom Never Better and romantic dark comedy Free Agents (2009). Stephen’s feature role as Sean Lincoln in the much-loved British/American TV comedy Episodes came to an end in 2017 with the fifth and final series. Most recently, Stephen reprised his role as Nathan Stern in series 3 of The Split for BBC One. He is also familiar to Sky Arts, having co-presented, with Joan Bakewell, the hugely successful Sky Arts hit television series Portrait Artist of the Year (2020) and Landscape Artist of the Year (2018). Both shows set records for the biggest audiences recorded for Sky Arts. He also co-presented Sky Arts’ Art 50, with Bakewell. In 2016, Stephen played Arthur Conan Doyle in FOX’s miniseries Houdini and Doyle opposite Michael Weston. In 2018 Stephen starred in Hand Ups a series he also co-wrote and produced for Channel 4. The cast included, David Tennant, Jessica Hynes and Charles Dance. He also starred in the SKY One comedy ‘Bliss’. Most notably on the big screen, Stephen played ‘Alastair Caldwell’ in Rush, alongside Chris Hemsworth as Hunt. His further film credits include Breathe (2017); Billy Elliot (2000), Festival (2005) and Postman Pat to which he lent his voice talent for the titular role in 2014.

Since leaving her job as a psychiatric nurse in 1988, Jo Brand has built a huge following across the UK. She spent many winters on the UK comedy circuit and many summers at The Edinburgh Festival. Jo’s first TV appearance was oni Friday Night Live, the only comic who was asked back in the same series, and two seasons of her hit sketch show and stand-up series Through the Cakehole (Channel X for Ch4) followed soon after. After this, a further two series of All the Way to Worcester (Vera Prods for Ch4) met with great acclaim. Jo’s diverse appeal is marked by many appearances on such eclectic programmes as “Question Time” (BBC), “QI” (TalkBack Prods for BBC1), “Countdown” (YTV for Ch4), “Would I Lie To You” (BBC) to “The Graham Norton Show” (BBC). She has guest hosted “Have I Got News For You” many times (Hat Trick) including three election specials and a lockdown version! Jo is a stalwart of Comic Relief. She took part in the first celebrity version of “Comic Relief does Fame Academy”, then in 2007 “Comic Relief Does The Apprentice”, followed by “Let’s Dance for Comic Relief”, dancing as Britney Spears (‘tis true) and reaching the final in 2009. She has proved herself an un-willing fashion victim on the BBC1 special “What Not To Wear On The Red Carpet”, learned the organ for BBC’s “Play it Again”, which she then played to a sell-out crowd at the Royal Albert Hall, and she has also taken part in a charity celebrity carol singing choir which had a number one single for Children In Need! In 2016 Jo walked 140miles across the north of England from Hull to Liverpool for Comic Relief raising £1.2 million. 2009 saw Jo write and star in the utterly marvellous, “Getting On”, in which she played a nurse alongside co-writers and co-stars Joanna Scanlan and Vicki Pepperdine. The series, set in a mixed hospital ward, was partly inspired by her earlier career in nursing, and was quickly commissioned for a second series which aired in 2011. She went on to win a 2011 BAFTA for Best Female Comedy Performance, whilst the show won Best Sitcom at the British Comedy Awards and following critical acclaim for series two, a third series was broadcast in 2012. Other notable film and television appearances include the ‘Demon Dinner Lady’ in “Horrid Henry”, judging divers on two series of ITV’s smash hit “Splash” and after putting her baking skills to the test in ‘The Great Comic Relief Bake Off’, she was named as the host of the hugely popular “The Great British Bake Off – An Extra Slice” – which she still presents to date. In 2016 she wrote and starred in a six-part social work sitcom, “Damned” for Channel 4 – another which gardnered such great acclaim, it was immediately re-commissioned for a second series. Jo has also tried her hand at panto – “Aladdin” (Wimbledon Theatre), “Snow White” (Richmond Theatre) and a musical, “Nativity!” (Hammersmith Apollo). A critically acclaimed writer of books too, Jo has written the hit comedy history books “A Load Of Old Balls” and “A Load Of Old Ball Crunchers” (both Simon & Schuster); the novels “It’s Different For Girls”, “Sorting Out Billy” and “The More You Ignore Me”- the last of which was adapted and released as a film in 2018 (all for Headline Review) and won Best Comedy at The National Film Awards. Her autobiography “Look Back In Hunger” was followed by a second one about live performance called “I Can’t Stand Up For Sitting Down”. She added to this with “Born Lippy” in 2018. Jo is a popular host and post-dinner speaker for corporate events.

With his signature acerbic wit and riotous storytelling, Tom Allen has cemented himself as a household name and star on both stage and screen. He’s the hilarious host of The Apprentice: You’re Fired, he co-hosts Cooking With The Stars and is also a regular on Bake Off: An Extra Slice and Alan Carr’s There’s Something About Movies. Firmly established as one of Britain’s biggest and best-loved comedy stars, Jack Dee has captured the imagination of audiences and critics alike with his dry humour and deadpan delivery for the past three decades. In 2009, Jack replaced Humphrey Lyttelton as the chairman of the widely adored BBC Radio 4 “antidote to panel games,” I’m Sorry, I Haven’t a Clue and is currently touring the country with a live stage show to celebrate 50 years of the BBC hit show. He also co-hosts podcast Oh My Dog! with fellow comedian Seann Walsh where they interview well-known dog owners about their canine antics. Also well-known for co-writing and starring in two of his own sitcoms; four series of the marvelously funny Lead Balloon for BBC Two and two series of the hit ITV show Bad Move. Jack is the author of bestselling autobiography, Thanks for Nothing, and the hilarious agony uncle book What Is Your Problem? which was published in 2021. Alexander Armstrong is an English comedian, actor, television presenter and bass-baritone singer. He is best known as one half of the comedy duo Armstrong and Miller, who starred in four series of Armstrong and Miller and The Armstrong and Miller Show. In 2020, Alexander took over from John Suchet on CLASSIC FM’s to host their flagship weekday mid-morning programme. He co-presents the hugely popular TV quiz show Pointless, and he continues to be a regular on the BBC series Have I Got News for You, having hosted more than 25 times In November 2019, he also toured his one-man stage show All Mouth and Some Trousers around the UK, bringing him firmly back to his comedy roots. After the massive success of the BAFTA-nominated show The Real Full Monty in 2018, Alexander returned for the third series show The All-New Monty 2019: Who Bares Wins alongside Ashley Banjo. Together they led a new group of celebrities and joined forces to take to the stage and bare all for the biggest and most daring extravaganza to raise awareness of cancers in the intimate areas of the body. In 2015, having already published three books, two more hit the shelves, The A-Z of Pointless, co-authored with Richard Osman and Land of the Midnight Sun, in which Alexander documented his adventures during his two-month trip to the Arctic for ITV.

Critically acclaimed comic, internationally famed meme & wonderfully nice gentleman, Nish Kumar is a comedian, and a bloody good one at that (Time Out). Nish has achieved huge success on the stand-up circuit with five rave reviewed solo stand-up shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, two of which have been nominated for the prestigious Comedy Award for Best Show in both 2015 and 2016. Alongside stand-up Nish is a frequent voice and face across both television and radio, a familiar face on the UK panel shows. Nish starred alongside fellow comic Joel Dommett in a 6-part travelogue for Comedy Central, Joel and Nish vs The World, has hosted his own satirical, spoof, news series, The Mash Report, for BBC Two. During the Coronavirus pandemic Nish created and starred in a new series ‘Hello America’ for the short lived American streaming platform Quibi and hosted the ‘Late Night Mash’ on Dave. Nish is and is currently starring in Hold the Front Page on Sky with Josh Widdicombe.

Nina began her career in theatre, and has starred in a variety of productions including the Tony award winning The Vagina Monologues, Macbeth alongside Mark Rylance & Michael Frayn’s Matchbox Theatre at Hampstead Theatre. When not entertaining viewers through the telly, Dermot can be found via the radio waves as he kicks off the weekend for listeners on his regular BBC Radio 2 show, Saturday Breakfast with Dermot O’Leary. You can also catch his podcast People, Just People where he interviews people who have lived some of the most fascinating lives as well as his TV show Reel Stories which takes an exclusive look through the careers of iconic musicians. He has also enjoyed hosting events such at The National Television Awards for 10 years, Soccer Aid since 2010, the British Academy of Film & Television Awards alongside Edith Bowman and The Earthshot Prize in 2021 which earned the show a BAFTA which Dermot collected alongside co-host Clara Amfo. As Patron of the London Irish Centre, Dermot was awarded the prestigious Presidential Distinguished Service Award for the Irish Abroad 2020 for his contribution to charity. Sally Phillips is a multi-award-winning British actress, comedian, and producer. She is known for her work in the comedy television series I’m Alan Partridge, Jam and Jerusalem, Miranda, Taskmaster and Veep. In 1997 she was cast in ‘Smack the Pony’ which aired on Channel 4 from 1998-2001. Smack the Pony was a ground-breaking female-led sketch show that she developed and co-wrote. It won many awards, among them two international Emmys. Sally’s television roles include Vanity Fair, Year of the Rabbit, Zapped, Green Wing, Henry IX which won the Golden Rose of Montreux; Friday Night Dinner as well as Rescue Me, Tourist Trap and Parents in which she played the leads. Sally has appeared in over 40 films. Roles include Shazzer in the three Bridget Jones movies, Mrs Bennett in Pride Prejudice and Zombies, Amy in You, Me and Him, Marie in The More You Ignore Me, as well as parts in Blinded by the Light, Burn, Burn, Burn, Off the Rails and Birthday Girl. Last year Sally played the lead in writer-director, Renee Webster’s debut,’ How to Please A Woman’ in Australia. She also worked alongside Miriam Margoyles, Tamsin Greig, Tom Cullen, Rakhee Thakrar, and Andi MacDowell in the feature film, ‘My Happy Ending’.

Sue Perkins is an accomplished presenter, writer, actor, director and comedian. Together with her presenting partner, Mel Giedroyc, Sue first entertained the nation in 1997 on the popular Light Lunch, which ran for five series before transferring to an evening slot titled Late Lunch. With their fresh and unstuffy style, they jumped, yelled and gurned their way through hours of television, marking the start of a double act that has lasted over 25 years, including the seven series of The Great British Bake Off (2010 -2016). Sue co-presented the Supersizers (2007 – 2011), alongside Giles Coren. The hugely popular show spawned a cultish devotion from fans and several spin-offs, all which involved dressing up in historically accurate costumes and eating (and drinking) their way through the cuisine of different eras. Never one to turn down a challenge, in 2008 Sue took part in Maestro, a BBC programme where “famous amateurs with a passion for classical music” competed for the chance to conduct the BBC Concert Orchestra at the 2008 Proms in the Park. Sue won the competition and has since conducted several charity concerts including the world’s biggest kazoo ensemble at the Royal Albert Hall. Sue hosted four series of Insert Name Here on BBC2 (2016 – 19) and The Greatest Snowman for Channel 4. She has appeared on many comedy panel shows, including Comedy Game Night, QI, Have I Got News for You and The Last Leg. On the radio, she can be heard on BBC Radio 4’s staple comedies The News Quiz, as well as hosting four series of Dilemma. As a big fan of Game of Thrones, Sue has presented the final four series of its companion show Thronecast (2015 – 2019) for Sky. Sue has several successful travelogues under her belt including Sue Perkins: Big American Road Trip, Sue Perkins: Along the US Mexico Border, Japan with Sue Perkins, The Ganges with Sue Perkins, The Mekong River with Sue Perkins and Kolkata with Sue Perkins. Her documentary Sue Perkins and the Chimp Sanctuary was nominated for a Grierson Award in 2018. Sue’s love of the natural world brought her to narrate the Audible podcast series Earpedia: Animals/Plants as well as hosting BBC Radio 4’s Nature Table. In 2017 her witty and warm presenting style won her the prestigious gig of hosting the BAFTA Television Awards, which she returned to host in 2018. Sue’s series of twenty podcasts: An Hour or So With… reached #1 on the iTunes podcast chart soon after its release, and these intimate and informal audio specials include conversations with Mary Berry, Stewart Lee, Emma Thompson and John Lloyd. Sue hosts BBC Radio 4’s long-running iconic comedy panel show Just a Minute. She received an incredible reception after she followed in the footsteps of the late Nicholas Parsons. The Telegraph gave Sue a five-star review, stating that “the comedy game is in safe hands”. Over the course of her career, Sue has proven to be a highly talented writer, with writing credits including the beloved BBC comedy series Absolutely Fabulous and an episode of the influential Banana in 2014 (E4/More 4). Sue also has written and directed Urban Myth: When Joan Kissed Barbra for Sky about Joan Rivers and Barbra Streisand. The short film featured Jessica Barden and Katherine Ryan and received rave reviews, including ★★★★ from The Times. In 2015, her memoir Spectacles garnered great reviews and reached the coveted number one spot in The Sunday Times paperback non-fiction chart. In 2017 she toured with her stand-up show based on the book, performing to sell-out audiences across the UK. Her second memoir East of Croydon was released in 2018, detailing her travels across South-East Asia alongside tales of her growing up in South London. Sue wrote and starred in Heading Out, a sitcom for BBC2 about a veterinarian who struggles to come out to her parents with hilarious consequences. Sue starred in two series of Sky’s sitcom Hitmen, in which she and Mel play two best friends who also happen to be inept killers. Sue featured in the feature film Last Christmas, directed by the wonderful Paul Feig and the film adaptation of the best-selling book How to Build a Girl
